Into our second week of the Sunday morning ritual class we jumped into ORANGE!
Our first step towards pleasure was to do some work with the affirmation associated with this chakra and the colour orange:
- I deserve pleasure in my life
- I absorb information from my feelings.
- I embrace and celebrate my sexuality.
- I move easily and effortlessly.
- A strong community is available to me.
- I trust and follow my intuition.
I embrace and celebrate my sexuality.
In groups we created clay pieces to reflect these affirmations and to find another way to hold them in our bodies. Then we moved on to creating with ink and paint.
